Top Performing Real Estate Team has a unique opportunity for a Jr Associate Inside Sales agent As a sales agent you will be responsible for making outbound calling to prospective leads, schedule appointments, and assign the proper follow-up plan.

This role plays a big part in the real estate lead generation process.

Lead generation: Setting up appointment opportunities with homeowners looking to sell or buy (cold calling/telemarketing). Qualify potential customers for appointments with field agents to accurately convey motivation, competition, and financial specifics. Accurately track and convey productivity and sales metrics to management and expect regular accountability meetings with the direct manager and company owner. Training will be provided along with the entire system as a whole.

Salary:

AED
5,000 to 7,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Qualifications

Call Center/cold calling 1-2 years experience minimum sales experience is Required!

Script knowledge and a track record of sales conversion.

Passion for selling.

Enthusiastic and self-starting approach.

An effective communicator that can speak clearly and carry on an intelligent conversation in written and verbal form.

Be able to block out distractions.

Create a sense of comfort and familiarity with clients/leads and is able to build rapport. Organized, systematic, and detailed oriented.Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone.

Must be very good with technology and computers.

Excellent understanding of agency dynamics, campaign planning, and buying cycles

Understanding of data-driven advertising, programmatic ad targeting, and campaign optimization across devices and ad formats

Strong knowledge of ad campaign, technology, metrics, and analysis

Proven presentation ability

Excellent presentation, written and communications skills in English & Arabic
