To successfully manage contracts focusing on safety, customer service, quality, productivity, and attainment of timely completion. To ensure that contracts perform in line with budget and to maintain a motivated effective and safety-conscious workforce and strengthen customer relationships based on customer satisfaction and fulfilling customer requirements.
Having a minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in Piling /DC works. Previous experience of any competitor companies will be more beneficial.
# Managing projects within or outside KSA
# Planning and Managing resources for the project before commencement.
# Preparing work schedule and organizing activities for in time and effective completion of projects
# Coordination with other contractors working on the same project to avoid possible delays arising from their activities
# Application, monitoring and assuring international and company quality management system
# Keeping the Branch Manager aware of current market rates, and project status.
# Assist in managing project finances before, during and after execution
# Human resource management related to project
# Attending meeting with clients and local authorities
# Preparation of progress and completion reports
# Should have a working knowledge of HSE procedures in common practices.
# Planning practical and effective methods for promoting quality, health, safety (QHS), and safe working practices, Fully
adhere to Keller’s QHSE Policy requirements throughout the duty-hours.
# Understand and deliver the Client’s requirements
# Co-ordinate and produce interim and/or final applications for payment for all works in accordance with contractual deadlines
# Develop work schedule and organize activities for in time and effective completion of projects.

• Good command in English speaking and writing to deal independently on daily site matters with clients.
• Having basic geotechnical & technical knowledge to understand the design and technical matter.
• Understanding of QA/QC procedure, Contracts, reporting, and implementation on site.
• Following standard Safety procedure.
• Flexibility to move in different regions of KSA as per project requirements.
