Charterhouse is working with a well established Smart Solutions Organisation in the UAE which are looking to hire a Sales and Marketing Manager. To be considered for this role you must have prior experience in providing technology solutions for large scale infrastructure/projects, in addition to having existing relationships with developers, authorities and vendors in the UAE.
This is an exciting and challenging role which will be responsible for the growth of the businesses current revenue streams and establishing new strategic partnerships in the field of smart home/city technology. This role reports to the CEO and has a high level of autonomy, taking responsibility for sales and marketing duties including but not limited to; tracking performance, analysing campaigns, allocating budget, managing pipeline and creating commercially viable business plans. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience in creating tactical marketing campaigns to engage and influence key stakeholders such as authorities, developers, building owners, ensuring that a strong and consistent brand is maintained at all times. In addition, you will build strategic partnerships and present the businesses products and solutions to potential clients, demonstrating a sound technical understanding of home technology. This role would best suit a confident and driven sales professional, who has excellent presentation and negotiation skills and a passion for building client relationships.
To be considered for this role you must hold a bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field. You must have at least 3 years experience working in a project sales or similar role, selling smart technology or telecommunication services for major projects and developments within the UAE.
