A Marketing Manager is required for a startup subsidiary based in Sharjah. This will be an exciting role to bring your expertise and leadership skills to the fore, as we are seeking those with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a management role, supporting a serviced driven organisation as opposed to the marketing of a product.
The successful candidate will be degree educated, and capable of providing full strategic direction to a small team. With excellent communication skills you will be interacting at Board level and liaising with the relevant in-house government authorities. Adept in all marketing collaterals, establishing a digital presence and implementation of all PR and events, the successful candidate will constantly strive for consistency, improvements and maintain the budget with a strong focus on the ROI.
Regularly interacting with the GM and Department Heads to gain further industry insights you will have a highly collaborative approach to ensure all marketing campaigns provide strong brand identity and create lead generation efforts. This will be across all platforms including digital and social media, website, collaterals, focused content marketing and CRM updates. As the Marketing Manager you will also be responsible for directing the external agencies including media buyers, advertising agencies and printing facilities. Generating reports to analyse the success of campaigns and marketing efforts, the successful candidate will seek out opportunities for development and improvements, utilising their strong business acumen with regards to competitor activities and industry updates.
At the heart of the marketing department and company ethos is the client journey and this is reflected in the goals and KPIs you will implement for yourself and the team. To apply for this role it is essential that you are an excellent communicator and a creative thinker. You will possess overall experience of 6- 8 years, with 3 at a management level. You will have previous exposure from within a service led corporate industry such as consultancy, education or professional services and have the capability to implement a marketing strategy from scratch.
