Our client is looking to hire a Marketing and Communications Manager with hands on 360 marketing exposure and experience of managing a marketing department, working closely with senior stakeholders and investors.

Our client is looking for a commercially focussed, highly organised senior marketing professional who has hands on experience managing and executing successful marketing and communication strategies. In this role there will be a lot of close collaboration with senior leaders across the business in both the UAE and global offices, in addition to working with agency partners and external clients. A large part of this role will involve communicating important information on behalf of the business, interpreting complex and technical terms and business documents, and translating into clear, persuasive copy such as reports, presentations, speeches and articles. As Marketing and Communications Manager you will oversee and allocate the budget for the department to develop cost effective marketing plans which will deliver clear return on investment. This will be a very hands on role managing all of the regional marketing and initiatives therefore our client is looking for someone who can successfully manage and prioritise a wide range of responsibilities within challenging deadlines. In return you will receive support from the global central marketing department in addition to local agency partners to implement and execute marketing/pr campaigns.

To be considered for this role you must have a bachelors in Marketing/Public Relations or related field, with at least 7-8 years 360 marketing experience ideally within the real estate industry. You must have prior in depth experience of managing a marketing department, which includes the budget and developing the marketing strategy. Due to the high level of technical information which has to be interpreted and translated in a precise, clear manner only candidates who are fully fluent in English written and spoken may be considered for this role.
