Responsibilities:

– Distill client briefs and challenges into media recommendations and strategies

– Coordinate, monitoring and evaluating media campaigns and strategies

– Determine the most effective media mix to display ads

– Collecting and analyze market data

– Identify target audiences and understand their behavior and habits

– Optimize ad campaigns according to geographic exposure, frequency, time spans and more

– Allocate budgets and monitor costs

– Follow media trends of online and offline outlets (TV shows, magazines, blogs, radio programs)

– Evaluate the success of media strategies and campaigns

Requirements:

– 4+ years of media planning experience (media agency experience)

– Experience planning across channels and platforms and managing individual deliverables as well as involvement in developing and managing media strategies

– Fluent in use of all key media planning and campaign management tools

– Strong command of media fundamentals and ability to educate media planning executives

– Knowledge of current trends and innovations in media as well as strong understanding of data, measurement solutions and analytics.

– Excellent communication and teamwork skills

– An analytical mind with an aptitude for numbers

– Strong decision-making skills
