Position Title: Head Chef / Sr. Sous Chef

Salary: up to 7K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, transportation, and meals

About the client:
The hiring company is one of the leading Italian restaurants in Dubai.
Job Role:
Leads kitchen team in chef’s absence and assisting head chef with menu creation
Provides guidance to junior kitchen staff members, line cooking, food preparation, and dish plating
Oversees and organizes kitchen stock and ingredients keeping detailed records and minimizes waste and managing budget
Verifies food storage units are as per standards and are consistently well-managed
Hires and trains new kitchen employees and coordinates with restaurant management team on supply ordering, budget, and kitchen efficiency and staffing
Requirements:
Open to Asian nationals
45 years old and below
At least 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef
Excellent communication skills in English
