About the job

The Digital Projects Officer will report to the Head of Marketing. He/she will manage the digital projects, which will be implemented for line 3 of the Cairo metro: CRM, website, mobile application, etc.

Its main tasks will be:

– Deploy locally the digital tools designed by the RATP Dev Group,

– Adapt its digital tools to the local context and needs,

– Constantly updating these digital tools,

– Collect and consolidate all the data generated by these digital tools

– Keeping a constant watch on all technological developments

– Participate with the Head of Marketing in drawing up the annual marketing plan

– Participate in surveys and marketing studies

– Assist the Head of Marketing her duties according to the instructions received



– Highly motivated to deliver a world class service

– Demonstrate a passion for customers analysis, market intelligence

– Demonstrate strong analytical and numerical skills and Strong IT skills

– Excellent organisation skills

– Demonstrate the ability to meet standards to meet the customers’ expectations

– Highly motivated team player with sound customer service skills

– Thinks like a passenger in everything they do at work


– Fluent in Arabic and English (French is a plus) with excellent written and verbal communication skills


– 2-3 years’ experience in world-class customer market analysis in a B2C in the services sector.

– High School Diploma
