Charterhouse is working with an F&B development and operations company who are looking to hire a Corporate Chef within casual and fast casual dining to join their team in Qatar.
As Corporate Chef you will report directly to the Managing Director and work closely with the developing portfolio of clients.
Your main responsibilities will be to handle the full culinary function, working to train teams in executing recipes for launching new brands and locations as well as working with new and existing clients on menu and recipe development. You will also oversee the current central kitchen for the companies own brand, continually developing the concept. The key to this role is seamless execution and being able to train the teams to complete the same.
The successful candidate should hold have experience as a Corporate Chef or Head Chef managing multiple kitchens or brands within casual or fast casual as well as a central kitchen. You must be an excellent communicator with strong experience training full kitchen teams. The ideal candidate is experience in brunch items, bakery, burgers, salads and fusion items. Due to current restrictions preference will be given to candidates currently based in Qatar.
